HOW TO USE
See the details by travel services.
SEARCH
Search with your conditions and select what you would like.
BOOKING
Make sure that your booking name (same as your passport) and plan are all correct.
Changing or modifying your name is not available after making the booking.
PAYMENT
Select your preferred payment method.
“BNPL by Credit Card” and bank transfer require a payment by a prescribed due date to keep your booking active.
PREPARATION
You receive an email when your e-ticket or voucher is ready to download from ‘My Page.’

BP(Book and Pay) at Once by Credit Card
You can make a credit card payment at the same time with making a booking
The credit card holder must be the TRiP-A user account holder of the booking.
One-time payment only.




BNPL(Book Now Pay Later) by Credit Card
You can complete your booking without payment, and make a credit card payment later from ‘My Page.’
The credit card holder must be a TRiP-A user account holder of the booking.
One-time payment only.
Your booking is automatically cancelled if you miss the payment due date.




Bank Transfer
Bank charge must be covered by a sender.
Your booking is automatically cancelled if you miss the payment due date.
The purchasing due date designated by airlines could sometimes get earlier. You get a notification if it happens.
Payment on Invoice
(Limited to universities and research institutions)
Your university or research institution can make a payment on invoice directly to us.
A credit check is required to use this method. The result is notified by email within one business day.
CHANGE / CANCELLATION
CHANGE
Changing or modifying your name after booking is not allowed.
FLIGHT
Only the ticket with the condition of “change available” is allowed to change. You can find the ticket conditions at Booking Details on ‘My Page.’
When you need to make a change, please send us a request by Contact form on ‘My Page’, by phone (075-252-2251), or by email (contact[at]trip-a.jp).
The air ticket fare could be different according to a new flight to book.
Your request is proceeded only within our business hours. (10am-5pm, closed on Sundays, Saturdays, and holidays)
HOTEL
No changes are allowed.
If you need to change your booking, cancel it first on ‘My Page’, and rebook with your new plan.
Cancellation charge might be required. You can find the cancellation policy of your booking from Booking Details on ‘My Page.’
Once you cancel your booking, it cannot be withdrawn.

Cancelling All
You can cancel your whole booking from Booking Details on ‘My Page.’ Please make sure of the cancellation charge shown on the same page.
You receive a confirmation email within a couple of business days after your cancellation request has been proceeded.
Once you cancel your booking, it cannot be withdrawn.
Cancelling a part of your accompanying members
When you need to cancel a part of your members, please send us a request by Contact form on ‘My Page’, by phone (075-252-2251), or by email (contact[at]trip-a.jp).
