IMPORTANT
This is the User’s Guide for booking international airline tickets on TRiP-A.

If you would like air tickets such as departing from countries other than Japan, round-the-world, domestic flights, group tickets, or hotels inside and outside of Japan, or any other travel arrangements, please contact us from Quote Request Form.
Our specialist staff will respond within 24 business hours of receiving your inquiry.
HOW TO USE
SEARCH
Search with your conditions and select what you would like.
# For air tickets that are not able to be found by TRiP-A, please contact us from Quote Request Form
# See here to learn how to download a quote after searching online.
BOOKING
Make sure that your booking name (same as your passport) and plan are all correct.
Please read the terms and conditions of the tickets before completing the booking.
# All members’ passport names, gender, date of birth are required at the time of booking.
# Changing or modifying your name is not available after making the booking.
PAYMENT
Select your preferred payment method.
The cancellation fee is required for the cancellation after completing the payment (for payment on invoice, after approval for use of the payment method.)
PREPARATION
You receive an email when your e-ticket is ready to download from ‘My Page’
# The airline booking No. is shown on the e-ticket.
# You can assign a seat or register your mileage number on the airline’s official website.
DEPARTURE

The cancellation fee is required for the cancellation after completing the payment (for payment on invoice, after approval for use of the payment method.)
Credit Card
Credit card payment is required at the time of booking.
The credit card holder must be the TRiP-A user account holder of the booking.
One-time payment with credit cards listed on the right are accepted.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer must be made to the designated bank (Aozora GMO Net Bank) by the purchase deadline. Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the purchase deadline, your reservation is automatically cancelled. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
The purchase deadline designated by airlines may get earlier. You get a notification if it happens.
Payment on Invoice (limited to universities and research institutions)
Your university or research institution can make a payment on invoice directly to us.
A credit check, which is based on our criteria, is required for use. We notify you of the screening result within one business day after you make a reservation.
Cancellation after the screening has been approved incurs a cancellation fee.
CHANGE/CANCELLATION

CHANGE
Changing or modifying your name after booking is not allowed.
Only the tickets with the condition of “change available” is allowed to change.
You can find the ticket conditions from the Booking Details onMy Page.
When you need to make a change, please send us a request by Contact form on ‘My Page’, by phone (075-252-2251), or by email (contact[at]trip-a.jp).

CANCELLATION
To Cancel All
You can cancel your whole booking from Booking Details onMy Page. Please make sure of the cancellation charge shown on the same page. You receive a confirmation email within a couple of business days after your cancellation procedures have been completed.
You are required the airline’s charge as well as TRiP-A’s according to the cancellation policy. (The handling charge at the time of booking is non-refundable.)
# Once you cancel your booking, it cannot be withdrawn.

To Cancel a Part of Your Accompanying Members
When you need to cancel a part of your members, please send us a request by Contact form on ‘My Page’, by phone (075-252-2251), or by email (contact[at]trip-a.jp).
# Your request is proceeded only within our business hours. (10am-5pm, closed on Sundays, Saturdays, and holidays)
