BP (Book and Pay) at Once by Credit Card

You can make a credit card payment at the same time with making a booking.
The credit card holder must be the TRiP-A user account holder of the booking.
One-time payment only.
   

BNPL (Book Now Pay Later) by Credit Card

You can complete your booking without payment, and make a credit card payment later from ‘My Page.’

  1. Select "Bank Transfer" for the payment method.
  2. Make the credit card payment from Booking Details page on 'My Page.'

Your booking is automatically cancelled if you miss the payment due date.
The credit card holder must be the TRiP-A user account holder of the booking.
One-time payment only.
   

Bank Transfer

Bank Transfer is available only when the booking is made on weekdays (Mon-Fri).
Bank charge must be covered by a sender.
Your booking is automatically cancelled if you miss the payment due date.

How to Use

SEARCH

Search with your conditions and select what you would like.BOOK NOW

Room plans including breakfast can be found by the plan title containing "breakfast."
For a group with 10 people or more, please send a request from Quote Request Form.

BOOKING

  • Before completing the booking, please read the cancellation policies carefully, and also make sure that your booking name, check-in/out dates, and the selected plan are all correct.
  • The name, gender, and date of birth of all guests are required to book.

Changing your name is not allowed after completing the booking.

PAYMENT

Select your preferred payment method. Please select "Bank Transfer" for BNPL(Book Now Pay Later) by Credit Card.

The prescribed cancellation fee is required after completing the payment.

PREPARATION

  • You receive an email when your hotel voucher is ready to download from ‘My Page.’ Please print it out for use.
  • Please contact your hotel on your own if you have any requests for your room or meal.

AT HOTEL

Please show your voucher at the front desk.
In case of any check-in trouble, please call the phone number on the voucher.
If you have anything unsatisfied with your room, please don't hesitate to talk with the hotel staff before using it.

Change / Cancellation

You can find your change/cancellation policies from Booking Details on ‘My Page.’

CHANGE

No changes are allowed.
If you need to change your booking, cancel it first on ‘My Page’, and rebook with your new plan.
Please note that cancellation charge might be required.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your whole booking from Booking Details on 'My Page.' Please make sure of the cancellation charge shown on the same page.
You receive a confirmation email within a couple of business days after your cancellation request has been proceeded.

Once you cancel your booking, it cannot be withdrawn.
Your cancellation request is proceeded only within our business hours. (10am-5pm, closed on Sundays, Saturdays, and holidays)

Late Check-in / Last-minute Cancellation

LATE CHECK-IN

If you are late for check-in time, later than 11pm on the day of stay

Please make sure to contact your hotel in advance. Hotels sometimes cancel your booking if you don't show up until 11pm without notice.

The contact information of the hotel is on your voucher.

LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION

On the day of stay
  1. Please make sure to contact your hotel as soon as possible.
  2. Please inform us by the contact form on 'My Page' or by email.

The contact information of the hotel is on your voucher.
You receive a confirmation email within a couple of business days after your cancellation request has been proceeded. The amount to refund is notified on the email.
No refund is available if you don't show up without notice to the hotel.

IMPORTANT
Even cancelling on the day before the check-in date, if it is out of our business hours, you should notify your cancellation directly to your hotel in order to keep the cancellation fee as less as possible. Kindly note that your cancellation notification by email is proceeded only within our business hours. (10am-5pm, Mon-Fri)

Is cancellation fee needed for unavoidable cancellation?
Sometimes you have to cancel your hotel booking due to unavoidable circumstances out of your control, such as a flight cancellation, bad weather... Do you have to pay any cancellation fee for that?
Hotel cancellation policies normally say yes, but they sometimes exempt the charge according to the situations. If you are in that case, make sure to keep evidences and try negotiating with the hotel.
