New Year Holidays and System Maintenance (Dec29-Jan3)

Thank you for using TRiP-A.
Our office is closed for the new year holidays during the following period, and TRiP-A is also going to be under maintenance for the same period.

Closed: from December 29, 2023 to January 3, 2024
About Booking on TRiP-A
  • No booking on TRiP-A is available from 5pm, December 28 to 10am, January 4.
  • Requests of changing or cancelling your existing booking will be proceeded on and after 10am on January 4, 2024.

Please refer the User Guide for more details.

Inquiries by email or through the inquiry form will be answered in the order they are received after the holidays.
